Some days I wonder about the direction of the world, but then I come to my senses and realize that trying to judge the motion of the ignorant masses is best left for those who enjoy that sort of thing. I guess I am not politically correct by labeling people as ignorant, no matter how truthful it is. One of my hobbies in life is writing. Writing science fiction and probably some fantasy, and I’ve learned to pay more attention to people and look at the motivations behind their actions. Watching what people do and figuring out why they do it is a good source of understanding on how to write characters.

So, what is a blog? A spot to vent? Maybe a place to put down deep thoughts?

My definition, a purpose for the domain I’ve had for years and never did anything with. Besides, I guess this could also be a spot for putting down long winded rants about bad intros and bland dialog, amongst other writing issues that drive me crazy. If I’m lucky I might get in a dozen posts this year, well, I can dream. If not, at least there will be a note for anyone letting them know why there isn’t much here, and may never be. Who knows, one day I might find I like it and feed the site regularly. Don’t hold your breaths.
